Drying both safely and quickly is accomplished by the use of a Bryce-Baker and a Cimbria dryer with a capacity of 5% moisture reduction at 35mt per hour for feed cereals.
Working in harmony with the plant is a modern state of the art fully equipped TASCC approved Laboratory and weighbridge. All grain movement, both intake and outload, is vacuum spear sampled and fully analysed with samples kept for safe keeping in accordance with TASSC guidelines. The analytical equipment is checked continually as part of a testing ring network to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Harvest intake is currently handled by the use of 2 High Capacity Double intake pits with a resultant combined throughput of 1,000 mt/hr giving a potential to intake 4,500 mt per day to cope with peak harvest demands of the current membership.

Woldgrain Storage is TASCC registered and fully approved, alongside this we are also Coors/Vendor Assured for malting barley.
